Marketing Manager / Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage PR efforts including media relations and influencer programs.
  • Research and identify suitable strategic alliances
  • Approach and develop relationships for partnerships
  • Develop and execute online and offline social marketing activities including blogger outreach and integration and social media community.
  • Maintain and update bloggers’ list
  • Actively participate in social media under the LovethatBag name
  • Identify and evaluate current and future marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Monthly reports on possible marketing trends
  • Analyze data from marketing efforts and submit reports weekly.
  • Research and execute corporate partner strategy
  • Short list possible corporate partners
  • Management of the company’s public sales events
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Experienced in overseas’ E-commerce business
  • Strong Knowledge of designers and luxury brands
  • Innovative and proactive individual with business acumen
  • Self-driven, analytical and highly resourceful individual who thrives in a challenging start up environment
  • Independent professional with strong interpersonal andcommunications skills coupled with high level of ethics and integrity
  • Event management experience a plus

Event Sales Associate (Part Time for Students)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Selling of Luxury bags, wallets etc
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Frequency of event is at least once a month and happens on a weekend

Photographer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Main focus is on Product shoots
  • Support the company in all photography matters
  • Conceptualize and responsible for the photography on all visual communications materials e.g. website, products, promotional and advertising materials, event displays, brochures, campaign lookbooks, e-marketing newsletters, shop images, talent profiles, style guides in a manner that is aesthetically, sensitively and professionally acceptable
  • To work with the marketing and graphic design team closely as to provide the art direction, styling and photography for all projects e.g. campaign images, advertising materials and events coverage
  • To manage all photography equipments and tools
  • To liaise with vendors and handling of publishing materials
  • To provide administrative and coordinating support when necessary
  • Any other job related duties which are not mentioned above

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field (Visual Communications, Photography)
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Applicants with working experience in similar capacity (E.g. Photography, Advertising, E-commerce, PR Consultancy) will be highly preferred
  • You should be creative, sensitive to colours, lighting management, typography, colour and design trend
  • You should be fast, independent, technically inclined and have a strong interest in photography, graphic design and animation
  • You should work on both Mac and PC platform with Digital Media Software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc
  • Knowledge in digital production process and skills in editing, animation and visual design is necessary
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible and proactive

Customer Service and Admin Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and emails on enquiries/ feedbacks/ real-time service as well as post-sales support
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with the utmost of care and respect by listening to their problems and negotiating a satisfactory resolution
  • Follow customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction Serve as a liaison between the customer and various internal departments
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Generate and update weekly and ad hoc reports for analysis
  • Perform data entry
  • Coordinate documents for approval
  • Suppliers Administration
  • Any other job related duties which are not mentioned above

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience. Exposure to sophisticate or luxury retail environment would be a bonus
  • Knowledge of fashion or high-end lifestyle is a plus
  • Call Centre experience will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including email and web applications
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess initiative and can work independently and in a team
  • Highly organized and meticulous with attention to details
  • Dynamic, efficient and strong problem solving skill
  • Sharp, focused and determined to excel in an environment of constant changes
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks assigned
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
